Neil Robinson Administrative Law Judge, Sacramento Neil Robinson graduated from California State University, Chico in 1980 with a B.A. degree in Political Science. In 1983 he received his law degree from Santa Clara University and was admitted to the California Bar. Mr. Robinson was in private practice for 15 years representing injured workers and employers in workers’ compensation cases. In 1998 he accepted a position as a Workers’ Compensation Administrative Law Judge and worked in that position for 10 years before being appointed as a Special Assistant Inspector General. Following this appointment, he served as a Tax Counsel III (Specialist) at the Board of Equalization, Appeals Division. For the past six years, Mr. Robinson has been an Administrative Law Judge at the California Occupational Safety and Health Appeals Board, the last two years as the presiding judge.
