Eddy Lam received his B.A. in International Studies (Honors) from the University of California, Irvine (“UC Irvine”), and his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law (“MSU Law”).  Mr. Lam started his professional tax career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, where he focused on multistate franchise and income taxes and other excise tax matters.  Specifically, he specialized in the taxation of real estate investment trusts (REITs), partnerships, and corporations.  Mr. Lam has extensive experience in multistate tax compliance, state tax planning and structuring, tax due diligence, and audit defense.  He also has taught California CPE credit courses and mentored many of his colleagues for career progression and mental wellbeing.
