Translate our website
This Google™ Translate feature, available on the Office of Tax Appeals (OTA) website, is for general information only, not for official business. Interested parties should consult with a translator for official business.
The English version of the OTA website is the official source for tax appeals information and the services OTA provides. Any differences between the official version and the translated version are not binding on OTA. The differences, if any, shall have no legal effect for compliance purposes or the administration of tax appeals. If you have any questions related to the information contained in the translation, refer to the English version.
We cannot, and do not, guarantee the accuracy of the translation and we shall not be liable for any inaccurate information or changes in the page layout resulting from the Google™ Translate.
Please note that the Google™ Translate feature on OTA’s website may not automatically translate files uploaded in certain file formats (e.g., .pdf). If you wish to translate documents in .pdf file format (e.g., OTA Opinions) the following steps may assist you:
- Go to Google Translate (https://translate.google.com/);
- At the top, click the Documents tab;
- Choose the languages to translate to and from;
- Click Browse your computer;
- Select the file you want to translate;
- Click Translate and wait for the document to finish translating; and
- Click Download translation to download the translated document.
*Please note that document translation may not be available on smaller screens or mobile devices. Google™ Translate may not function with .pdf files above a certain file size. There may be other translation programs available. These steps are for instructional purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement of Google™ Translate. The same disclaimer, noted above, still applies to translated files (i.e., the original English language version controls and OTA is not responsible for the accuracy of documents translated using Google™ Translate).
