Heather Boyd obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UCLA and a J.D. from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles. Ms. Boyd worked at the Washington State Department of Revenue before joining the Office of Tax Appeals. Ms. Boyd also had a private litigation practice after working in the tax departments of PG&E Corporation and Ernst & Young.
