Andrew Wong received a B.A. from Stanford University, a J.D. from the University of Southern California, and an LL.M. (Taxation) from New York University.  He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Nancy A. Becker during her term as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Nevada, and worked as an associate attorney in the Las Vegas office of Jones Vargas, where his practice focused on civil litigation, public finance, and state and local tax controversy.  Prior to joining the Office of Tax Appeals, he was a tax counsel in the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration’s Appeals Bureau.
