Huy “Mike” Le received his J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law and Executive LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. While enrolled at UC Davis, he served as a legal extern for the Board of Equalization and the Franchise Tax Board. He began his professional tax career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, practicing California franchise/income tax controversy. He then joined Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP, and was most recently at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP where he practiced both business tax and franchise/income tax controversy.
