Josh Lambert

Josh Lambert received a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California, and a J.D. from Lincoln Law School, Sacramento.  He has over 10 years of experience in a broad range of tax areas in both the private and public sectors.  Josh began his career in the private sector working for the tax department of a public accounting firm, where he dealt with consulting, auditing, compliance, and federal and state tax disputes.  After that, he entered government service as a property tax auditor/appraiser with the Board of Equalization.  During his tenure at the Board of Equalization, Josh was admitted to the California Bar and became a Tax Counsel for the Appeals Division, specializing in income tax and property tax appeals.  Prior to becoming an Administrative Law Judge, Josh worked as a Tax Counsel at the Office of Tax Appeals, focusing on both income tax and sales and use tax appeals.
