Katrine Shelton received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, her Juris Doctor from the Washington College of Law, American University, and her LL.M (Taxation) from Georgetown University.  Ms. Shelton recently served as a trial attorney in the San Francisco field office of the Office of Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service. She also served previously with Counsel’s National Office in Washington, DC and as an attorney-advisor to the Honorable Peter Panuthos of the U.S. Tax Court.
