Sheriene Anne Ridenour received her Bachelor of Science degree in Toxicology, with a minor in History, from UC Davis.  She received both her J.D., and her L.L.M. in Taxation, from Golden Gate University School of Law, having graduated with honors. Prior to her time at OTA, Ms. Ridenour practiced in the private sector and later joined the Appeals Division of the California Board of Equalization (now the California Dept. of Tax and Fee Administration).  At the Office of Tax Appeals, Ms. Ridenour was an attorney in the Foundations Division, before joining the Hearings Division.
