Eddy Lam received his B.A. in International Studies (Honors) from the University of California, Irvine, and his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law.  Mr. Lam started his professional tax career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, where he focused on multistate franchise and income taxes and other excise tax matters. He specialized in the taxation of real estate investment trusts (REITs), partnerships, and corporations.
